Exerp seeks a Technical Support Professional to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our SaaS solutions while providing expert support for Office 365, Windows, and mobile devices.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and configuring IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems
  • New user onboarding, asset, and access management
  • Daily IT user support through tickets and Slack
  • Managing Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Providing technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Documenting IT procedures and providing user training when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to show a clean criminal record
