About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Service and Operations to join our team at Ageras. As a key member of our Revenue organization, you will play a crucial role in executing our customer service strategy and leading our CS&O team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the customer service strategy and lead the CS&O team
  • Participate in daily helplines for customers and accountants via calls, chats, and emails
  • Demonstrate our payroll services to larger companies and account firms
  • Plan and execute the onboarding of large accounts
  • Ongoing follow-ups with larger customers and partners
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and goals
  • Carry the responsibility for Danish payroll services
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and engagement
  • Create, optimize, and drive processes
  • Escalate and manage crises in the Danish space

Requirements

To thrive in this position, you will need to have:

  • Near-native Danish and English language skills
  • +5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience successfully supporting B2B customers, ideally small businesses
  • Motivational and inspirational skills leading a team
  • The ability to develop loyalty with stakeholders
  • The ability to consult and advise on the best solution for customers
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Great collaboration skills and a big supporter of internal knowledge sharing
  • Availability to handle demanding customers
  • Maintenance of the highest integrity and compliance in everything
  • Willingness to work from our Copenhagen office three days per week
