As a key player in Roche Diagnostics' commercial department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with clinical labs across the Region of Central Denmark and North Jutland.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and execute plans to position Roche's innovative solutions as leaders in the market.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to drive value-based approaches to tenders and business models.
  • You will analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • You will establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic sales within the life sciences industry.
  • Experience within the diagnostics area is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a strong eye for business.
  • Results-oriented, strategic, and able to navigate complex environments.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
