Business Development Manager

About the Role:

As a Business Developer at Volaris Group, you'll focus on acquiring vertical market software companies in the Nordic region. You'll manage a sales funnel, identify and qualify new targets, and nurture existing prospects toward M&A processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify acquisition prospects
  2. Grow our prospect database
  3. Initiate outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media, meetings)
  4. Build relationships with CEOs and key stakeholders
  5. Maintain and develop prospect relations
  6. Track activities in Salesforce

Qualifications:

  1. Basic financial competence
  2. 3+ years in business development or enterprise sales
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Fluent in English and Norwegian or Danish
  5. Experience with Salesforce is a plus

About You:

You're self-motivated and energetic and thrive on challenges. You have a never-give-up attitude and enjoy building long-term relationships. Flexibility, independence, and a strong self-drive are essential.
