Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
