Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a regional field force, driving performance and contributing to our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
