About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our B2C Denmark department. As a key member of our team, you'll handle inquiries through various channels and ensure every customer receives top-notch support.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow your knowledge about fiber infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with other departments and gain valuable insights into our operations beyond customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting customers with questions about service activation, orders, invoices, etc.
  2. Handling customer complaints and acting as their representative in sensitive cases.
  3. Working with multiple systems like Sugar, NetAdmin, and ServiceNow.
  4. Providing training and support to colleagues when needed.
  5. Collaborating with other departments and contributing to process improvements.
