About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant at GlobalConnect, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions in our B2C Denmark department. You'll handle inquiries through phone, email, and social media , ensuring that every customer gets the support they need. Whether it's assisting with invoices, service activations, or troubleshooting, your role is crucial in maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Every day is different—some days are smooth, while others bring unexpected challenges, like major service activations. You'll be in close contact with other departments and gain valuable insights into fiber network operations beyond customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Assisting customers with questions about service activation, orders, invoices, etc.
  2. Handling customer complaints and acting as their representative in sensitive cases.
  3. Working with multiple systems like Sugar, NetAdmin, and ServiceNow.
  4. Providing training and support to colleagues when needed.
  5. Collaborating with other departments and contributing to process improvements.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. A genuine interest in helping customers and solving their problems.
  2. Excellent communication skills in Danish and English , both spoken and written.
  3. Ability to stay calm and professional—even when dealing with demanding customers.
  4. Comfortable working on-site five days a week (this is not a remote position).

It's an advantage if you have experience in customer service , ideally within an internet service provider (ISP).
