About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Support to join our team of +30 colleagues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch technical support.

The role involves direct customer contact via phone, email, and chat, ensuring our goals are met at all times. You will work in a structured way to ensure availability for customers and bring a positive attitude to the team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service across different channels
  2. Ensure seamless communication with customers
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Professional level in either Danish, Norwegian, German, or Swedish
