Your role and responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Lenovo PC Support Center. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and dedicated team providing technical support to both consumer and corporate customers, as well as to our field technicians working onsite.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone and remote access.
  • Diagnosing problems and providing solutions to customers and technicians.
  • Ordering spare parts and delivering technical instructions.
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at every step.

  • Has experience and knowledge of personal computers (hardware and software) — either through education, work experience, or personal interest.
  • Prior experience of providing customer support.
  • Is flexible, proactive, and driven by problem-solving.

  • Works well in a team and enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Keeps up-to-date with the latest in technology and innovation.
  • Speaks fluent Danish and English.
