We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our local Benefits and Wellbeing team at The LEGO Group in Denmark. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits and wellbeing programs for our headquarters and sales offices in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage local employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplemental benefits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as collective agreements and local taxation rules.
- Coordinate with the Global Rewards team to align with global benefit strategy and governance.
- Implement global signature benefits for the LEGO Group in the Nordic region.
- Design and oversee comprehensive employee wellbeing initiatives, including physical, mental, and financial wellbeing programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in benefits or health and wellbeing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team of specialists.
