Sales Team Manager

At PARETO SECURITIES AS, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our B2B sales operations across European markets. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a talented group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be skilled in negotiating partner contracts, fostering strong relationships with existing accounts, and developing strategies to maximize return on investment. Your exceptional relationship-building skills and hunter mentality will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a service-minded approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee B2B sales operations across diverse European markets
- Negotiate partner contracts, including commercial terms and conditions
- Foster and grow existing accounts while driving strategies to maximize return on investment
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to attract new customers and grow existing client relationships
- Actively engage with key clients and large accounts, building and maintaining strong partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's level education in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Sales on a European scale and a proven sales track record
- Experience in sales and sales management within a dynamic business environment
