As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll lead by example, managing tasks, planning workloads, resolving challenges, and fostering collaboration. Your responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via email, striving to deliver exceptional service.
  2. Coordinate and lead the team across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Train new team members and develop existing employees through workshops and training sessions.
  5. Prepare performance reports and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities for improving service.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of customer issues.
  • Strong communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English.
  • Highly organized and skilled at task prioritization.
  • A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other departments.
