To backfill a maternity leave, we are searching for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Assistant, who can take care of our Danish and international B2B customers and sales agents in a full-time capacity from our Copenhagen head office.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers and you will play a central role in the process from order to invoicing, ensuring an efficient and excellent customer experience. You will report to our Head of Customer Service and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service
  • A proven ability to work accurately with data
  • Experience working with ERP systems - SAP experience will be an advantage
  • You speak and write English and a Scandinavian language at a high level
Character
  • A reliable, flexible, and dynamic talent, who likes to work independently, with very good organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and high orientation toward customers.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the willingness to constantly learn new things.
