About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager at streamways GmbH, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your mission is to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout their entire journey with our software.
You will onboard new customers, conduct meetings, manage our support system using Freshdesk, and collaborate closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration.
Your Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough onboarding processes, ensuring customers get the most out of our software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, utilizing Freshdesk to optimize our support system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption.
- Analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall customer experience.
We are seeking a talented individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
About You- A degree in business, marketing, or a comparable field.
- First-hand experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or account management.
- Technical affinity and experience with CRM tools (Freshdesk and Pipedrive are a plus).
- Fluent German and English skills for daily communication.
