Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our services.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their changing needs and challenges, positioning the value of our services to meet their specific requirements and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually developing relationships and customer engagement, adding new opportunities, and leveraging events to extend the customer network.
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing team to align with the overall company strategy and ensure the success of different initiatives.
  • Exceed customer expectations at all stages of the relationship, from sales to demonstrations and workshops, ensuring active listening, effective negotiation, and clear communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base, meeting and exceeding established objectives outlined in your SIP.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Selling Cloud solutions to Direct Customers and System Integrators, preferably in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Develop and utilize professional account management tools and follow-up procedures.
  • Represent a high growth firm with the finest reputation and great success stories.
  • Customer-focused with strong technical knowledge.
  • Experience working with large Service Integrators.
