Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to manage our largest strategic accounts, representing a major part of our sales in the Nordic region. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals. You will develop customer development strategies, align on account objectives, and execute joint business plans. You will establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers, acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals
  • Develop customer development strategies and align on account objectives
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Lead the alignment with international and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Analyze market situation and competitive intelligence
  • Organize customer events and programs
  • Be responsible for establishing and implementing a sales/business plan for a designated client base
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in business management, economics, or STEM
  • Fluency in English and Danish
  • Fluency in Norwegian would be a plus
  • Significant experience in sales
  • Proven record in constantly achieving sales KPIs
  • FMCG account management background is a plus
  • Track record of closing annual negotiations
  • History of key account turnaround, as an advantage
  • Project management and coaching skills would be an asset
