Vi søger en erfaren og målrettet Key Account Manager til at styrke vores salg til boligforeninger. Som Key Account Manager vil du være ansvarlig for at identificere og udvikle nye salgsmuligheder, samt opbygge og vedligeholde relationer til eksisterende kunder.
Udgifter og ansvarsområder

- Identificere nye salgsmuligheder og udvikle strategier til at opnå nye kunder
- Opbygge og vedligeholde relationer til eksisterende kunder
- Arbejde tæt sammen med salgs- og markedsafdelingen for at opnå fælles mål
- Sammen med salgs- og markedsafdelingen udvikle og implementere salgsstrategier til at opnå nye kunder og øge eksisterende salg

- Erfaring med salg til boligforeninger eller lignende
- God kommunikations- og salgskompetence
- Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og i team
- God forståelse af boligforeningernes behov og udvikling
