About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Whistleblower Software. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the Benelux market, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
  • Carefully design prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Native proficiency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Recruitment Process

We use a talent test to assess your skills and fit for the role. If you are selected, you will participate in a 15-minute online interview with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by a 30-minute online interview with the Hiring Manager. Finally, you will participate in a 60-minute in-person final interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders.
