Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Spanish market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
- Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
- Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
- Carefully design prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
- No requirement for extensive sales experience, but it is a plus if you have.
- You are responsible, positive, and take ownership of your tasks.
- A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary with uncapped commissions: $$70,000/year (estimated).
