Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
The Customer Experience Professional will work on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercising independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing customer inquiries and issues via various channels
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Providing training and support to new team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications)
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
