The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cross-functional Sales and Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

This role involves working closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure seamless interactions with our customers.

You will play a crucial part in setting up digital kick-off webinars for new customers and developing best practices to improve our processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
  1. Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure first-class customer service to Freetrailer's customers and partners, using a customer-centric approach to guarantee launch, adoption, and engagement.
  2. Sales Growth: Create and close up-sale opportunities, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
  3. Product Expertise: Become an expert in Freetrailer's products and processes, providing comprehensive training to customers.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop and share best practices with team members to continuously enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and Danish, with knowledge of another Scandinavian language being an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
