Job Description

This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet these requirements.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
