As a Sales and Customer Engagement Expert at Microsoft Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and leverage this knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet these requirements.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
