WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Customer Success to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, embodying the startup spirit that defines Moonboon.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive growth.
- Customer Success Oversight: Lead the customer success team to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage sales and customer success teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product development, and key leadership, including the CEO and heads of departments, to align strategies with company objectives.
- Market and Customer Insight: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
- Operational Excellence: Engage directly in sales and customer success activities, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

- Experience: Proven leadership in sales and customer success, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and manage teams across functions.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and Operational Balance: Ability to think strategically while executing operationally, adapting to a dynamic environment.
