As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll work closely with our team to identify and engage with potential customers, build relationships, and provide them with solutions to their problems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers by phone, email, or on LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for assigned Account Executives
- Successfully explain the value drivers of Dixa's platform to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering competitor solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
You Will Be Working On:
- Developing a deep understanding of Dixa's platform and its value proposition
- Building a network of contacts within the CX space
- Generating new business opportunities through creative and effective outreach strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
