  • Average salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
  • You will play a key role in managing vendor performance, mitigating risks, and enhancing client satisfaction through operational excellence.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in quoting and nominating airfreight shipments, as well as coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution of charter operations.
  • As an expert in air freight regulations and industry best practices, you will contribute to the optimization of our supply chain operations and drive value for both our client and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate necessary certifications, such as known consignor status.
  • Implement and uphold Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and protocols related to air freight operations.
  • Provide logistical support for product launches, including transportation planning, route optimization, and coordination of air freight activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
