As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless interactions with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to the development of support materials, including documentation and FAQs
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and an affinity for technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
