Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Technical Services Analyst II-2 to join our Global Customer Care team in Copenhagen or Norway.
Your Role
In this position, you will serve as the single point of contact for technical queries and issue resolution, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, providing timely responses and exceeding SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhancing customer service delivery.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Mastercard's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and providing guidance on product usage.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, capturing insights for future improvement.
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have experience in customer technical services, proficiency in ITIL framework, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
