Responsibilities in the Role

  • Assist clients in addressing intricate technical challenges while utilizing LitePoint's Wireless testing solutions.
  • Oversee technical concerns by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to project timelines.
  • Aid in design initiatives at client laboratories and assist them in preparing for manufacturing processes with optimal testing solutions.
  • Serve as an authority on wireless communication standards, automated testing requirements, and RF physical layers to guide clients in the appropriate methodologies for wireless testing.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external clients, partners, and colleagues to define project requirements and conduct necessary quality assurance to validate solutions prior to deployment.
  • Establish and nurture strong technical relationships with clients to gain deeper insights into their directions and needs.
  • Partner with local associates, providing them with training and support.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies preferred.
  • Understanding of RF fundamentals and familiarity with RF transmitter and receiver architectures.
  • Knowledge of RF PHY layers for at least one wireless communication standard such as WLAN, Bluetooth, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), 5G, or 3GPP Cellular.
  • Experience with RF/system level testing equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Oscilloscopes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging and collaborating with others.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience with automated testing programs and scripting in C/C++ and Python.
  • Background in testing and measurement within the wireless telecommunications sector is advantageous.
