About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Auditor to join our team at Saxo Bank A/S. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for designing risk-based audit programs, evaluating governance, risk management, and control processes, and developing recommendations to strengthen controls and address risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement risk-based audit programs across various business areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.
- Develop actionable recommendations to strengthen controls and mitigate risks.
- Present findings and written reports to stakeholders.
- Follow up on recommendations to ensure identified risks are addressed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of +5 years of experience in audit or compliance functions.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo when necessary.
