Customer Service Representative with Norwegian or Swedish Language Skills

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive with fluent Norwegian or Swedish language skills to join our team at RS Group plc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving excellence in key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in KPI performance across live chat, email, and telephone interactions
- Deliver a premium customer experience in the local language to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Support sales operations by creating smaller quotes for quick wins and providing unwavering support for sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in working with customers
- Fluent level of Norwegian or Swedish and communicative level of English
- Experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
- Team player
