Job Overview
The position of Technical Support Engineer is a critical role within our organization, involving the support of Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian customers, as well as the sales organization with technical and logistic issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries regarding HW, SW, and Services for the entire portfolio sold in DK, SE, and NO.
- Provide high-level technical insight and general support topics to customers.
- Act as the customer's internal ambassador.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the DSO's value chain and the connection between SW, Service solutions, and HW electricity Meters.
Key Tasks
- Responsible for the order process from A-Z, including configuration, delivery, and follow-up.
- Active participation in presales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on order handling, forecasts, prices, units, and other relevant information.
- Fulfillment of logistics and delivery tasks.
- Maintenance of good progress and follow-up on customer activities, including Service Now tickets and CRM updates.
- Participation in online customer meetings, with occasional on-site meetings.
Success Criteria
- Ensure the order process is secure from A-Z.
- Act as a trusted internal ambassador for customers.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
Required Profile
- Experience and insights from the Energy Industry, specifically DSO-related.
- Production and logistic understanding.
- Years of experience in customer support.
- Experience working in a complex international environment.
Desired Skills
- Skilled in electrotechnical theory and grid understanding.
- Microsoft Office skills at a high level.
- Danish as a native language.
- Technical English at a high level, with both written and spoken proficiency.
- Understanding of the Scandinavian languages (SE, NO).
