Customer Service Excellence in Norwegian or Swedish

As a Customer Service Executive with Norwegian or Swedish language skills, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey, setting new benchmarks in key performance indicators (KPIs) for phone, live chat, and email interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in KPI performance across live chat, email, and telephone interactions
- Deliver a premium customer experience in the local language to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Create smaller quotes for quick wins and provide unwavering support for sales campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in working with customers
- Fluent level of Norwegian or Swedish and communicative level of English
- Experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Team player
