Customer Service Representative
At RS, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving excellence in our KPI performance, and supporting our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in our KPI performance across live chat, e-mail, and telephone interactions
- Deliver a premium customer experience in the local language to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Support our sales operations by amplifying our capacity for smaller quotes, mastering the art of upselling, and providing unwavering support for local campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in working with customers
- Fluent level of Danish language and at least communicative level of English language
- Experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
- Team player
