Strategic Partnership Manager

Danish Red Cross is seeking a skilled Business Development/Partnership Officer to join our Global Partnership Unit in the International Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships, as well as maintaining existing relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and building relationships with prospective partners.
- Co-designing and implementing business development plans linked to global and regional strategies.
- Pitching plans and investment opportunities to management.
- Representing the organization at donor meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Screening and developing funding opportunities.
- Coordinating the drafting of funding applications, reports, and updates.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a master's or MBA degree in a relevant field, such as business, international affairs, or international development. A proven track record of securing funding and managing donor relationships is essential. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, are also required.
About the Position
This is a full-time position offering 37 working hours per week in a busy and inspiring workplace. You will have the opportunity to work in a motivated team and contribute to the organization's global humanitarian action. The position includes flexibility and the possibility of extension.
