Role Overview

The Process Manager will report to Engineering Team Lead Ayo Feldfos and collaborate with all teams within the organization. To support our exciting growth journey, we need a highly skilled professional who can proactively drive the incident management process to minimize the impact of unexpected disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and drive the Incident Management Process and streamline the process.
  2. Adhere to regulatory requirements and streamline the process thereafter.
  3. Facilitate collaboration on Incident response - support the incident process by ensuring the necessary resources are available to prepare for, mitigate against, and recover from disruptive incidents.
  4. Ensure that Incidents with a client/business impact are resolved as fast as possible to maintain the highest possible system availability.
  5. Manage external client communication in cooperation with Client facing teams.
  6. Exercise controls through existing processes and operational procedures owned by Service Management.
  7. Facilitate Post-Mortem meetings and take part in Problem Management work.
