Partnership Development Lead

Responsibilities- Identify and onboard high-potential partners who align with our software offer, focusing on Formalize and supplemented by Whistleblower.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners for strategic growth, leveraging your analytical skills to articulate and position product features that fit their portfolios.
- Collaborate with channel managers to refine the ideal partner profile in assigned regions, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Establish connections with senior-level executives within partner organizations to drive sales growth and build joint business plans.
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership or channel management, with a strong understanding of regulations (EU and local directives) and technology landscape.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting techniques (BANT/MEDDICC) and ability to create and execute joint business plans.
- Empathic mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with senior-level executives.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth through key partnerships.
