About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for engaging in client reporting and analysis, managing daily financial operations, reviewing client costs against budgets, handling invoicing, and supporting various ad hoc tasks. As part of our finance team, you will develop a strong business understanding and gain valuable experience in financial areas.

Your Responsibilities
  • Client Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports for clients, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Daily Financial Operations: Manage daily financial activities, including time registration verification and financial data entry.
  • Client Cost Review: Review client costs against budgets, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Invoicing: Handle invoicing processes, ensuring prompt and accurate billing.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support various ad hoc tasks as required by the finance team.

The position is approximately 15 hours per week, preferably spread across 2 days. We accommodate your academic schedule and exams when planning your hours.

About You

We are looking for a positive and outgoing team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You should be structured, results-oriented, and take ownership of your responsibilities. Ideally, you possess:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant master's program with approximately 1-2 years remaining.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and solid IT skills.
  • Interest in conducting detailed Excel analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain overview.
  • Strong English communication skills.
