Puzzel AS, a leading provider of cloud-based contact center solutions, is seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in competitor analysis. You will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell Puzzel's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy to drive sales performance.
  • Create and manage sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, to ensure alignment with current campaigns and messaging.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue enablement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, e-learning content creation for sales, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in competitor analysis for battlecards, feature ROIs, and USP creation.
Location

This role can be located in Copenhagen or Oslo, with expectation of 2-3 days/week in the office, or remotely from the UK or Netherlands.
