The RoleJob Description:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving post-sales activities, including renewals, upselling, and revenue growth on our SMB clients.
You will build close relationships with clients, acting as a strong business partner in delivering strong ROI business cases.
You will collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
You will work across departments to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, highlighting the value of additional products or services.
You will proactively identify opportunities by leveraging industry trends, market insights, and client feedback.
You will collaborate with the Client Success team on contract renewals and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role selling a complex software product.
- Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to effectively manage and track account activities.
