Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Fleet Complete. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling sales and lead generation via phone and email to potential new customers in Denmark and serving as the first point of contact in the Sales Department for our small and medium-sized customers in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities- Daily communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Reaching out to potential new customers via phone and email to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Generating leads for Regional Sales Managers to support sales efforts
- Handling inbound phone calls and online requests regarding product information to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in customer acquisition and retention, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to set goals, forecast, and close sales in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Self-motivated, well-organized, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking strengths to respond to a variety of requests for information
- Strong team player skills and customer-focused approach
- Fast learner with IT and technical interest, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
