We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to spearhead customer relationships, drive business growth, and foster market development for ScanCom International A/S. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new customers through tailored propositions and effective sales strategies.

About the Role:

  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and activity plans.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and behaviors to inform product development briefs presented to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales and marketing within the B2B industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to present results and motivate teams.
  • Economic skills, including profit & loss analysis and handling of product ranges.
  • Able to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Performance management and target-oriented mindset.

About You:

  • A creative and hands-on individual who takes ownership of the business and its external stakeholders.
  • A high degree of entrepreneurship and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to communicate effectively in a matrix environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Based in Copenhagen HQ office, Denmark, with occasional travel requirements (approx. 45-55 days per year).

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is between DKK 700,000 - 900,000 annually, depending on experience.
