Business Development Consultant for Strategic Growth

Job Description:Business Development ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Nordics market.
Your primary focus will be on outbound sales activities, including email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. You will create business opportunities for our customers, manage your own sales pipelines, and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings.
You will work closely with our management team to build the organization and develop skills in complex B2B sales. Your role will involve working with CRM systems and AI-tools to refine our internal processes and contribute to building the VAEKST culture.
Key Performance Objectives:- Sales: Conduct a minimum of 150 outreach activities per week, leading to at least 20 new leads and 5 high-quality business opportunities per month.
- Data: Accurately log all customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot, developing and maintaining a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights.
- Customer Communication: Develop proactive communication skills, joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts.
- Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, identifying and resolving significant customer challenges to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating a commitment to the company's values and goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in B2B sales and marketing. You should be proficient in CRM systems and have a strong understanding of AI-tools and their applications in sales and marketing.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. You should also have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a scale-up company.
