About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a tailored commercial strategy to ensure successful market penetration and sustained growth of Norgine's products.
  • Drive Norgine's footprint in the oncology market, initiating strategic product launches planned for the coming years.
  • Lead the formation of a dedicated team aimed at introducing transformative treatments, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Propel commercial activities to meet or exceed annual revenue targets by developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies specific to the market.
  • Manage the launch processes for new products to ensure effective market entry, rapid uptake, and robust establishment within the healthcare system.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups, to enhance Norgine's market presence and product acceptance.

Requirements
  • Extensive senior-level experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing in the Nordics, particularly in oncology or rare diseases, with a demonstrated track record of strategic commercial leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare system in the Nordics, including knowledge of health insurance operations and the broader healthcare landscape.
