Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our commercial activities in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and enhance client engagement in the Nordic region.
  • Manage client relationships and foster enduring partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the Nordics.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage contract negotiations and administration.
  • Create and execute pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company ethics standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar position with proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and marketing campaign development.
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance standards.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
