Role Overview

This role is part of our Global Sales team, guiding Vestas' commercial agenda in close collaboration with our Regional Presidents and Sales organisations.

As the Executive Assistant to our CSO, you will contribute to the commercial agenda alongside senior leadership, managing executive priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper to ensure efficiency at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide general support to our CSO and ensure a smooth and efficient daily agenda for him and his organisation.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel planning and bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and logistical support.

You will also be responsible for presentations, minutes of meetings, and general correspondence, as well as hosting VIP guests and internal and external communication in English.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a BA degree in a relevant field of study, such as languages, business administration, or similar.

You should have experience from a similar position in an international company, preferably with C-level experience.

A background in administration, documentation, or finance is also beneficial.
