Job Summary:

AGC Biologics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to lead our Accounting and Controlling team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial transactions and processes, including monthly closing, accounts receivable and payable, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare and manage the company's financial statements, transfer pricing documentation, and tax returns.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information for decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage the Accounting and Controlling team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of professionalism and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics and/or finance.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a leader at a senior finance level.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial processes, including month-end closing, reporting, accounts receivable and payable, and process improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English is a requirement, and fluency in another Scandinavian language is preferred.
  • Experience working in an international matrix environment is a plus.
