About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional executive-level support to our Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing financial reports and analyzing data.
  • Coordinate events and seminars, including planning logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
