Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Heater product line, working closely with our sales companies to identify business opportunities and collaborate with them to drive implementation and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue business opportunities for our Heater product line in collaboration with Alfa Laval's sales companies.
- Collaborate with Alfa Laval's sales companies to drive implementation and sales of our Heater solution, with a focus on the Maritime New buildings / Yards; Shipowners; OEM.
- Secure training and consistent follow-up with Alfa Laval's sales companies to ensure proactive sales of Alfa Laval's Heaters.
- Be the leading voice and advocate for Heaters in Capital Sales, engaging with all Alfa Laval stakeholders, including Service, Application, and Product Management.
- Conduct a forecasting process for our Heater production line in collaboration with our Global Sales Manager, to ensure efficient production planning and meet market demands.
- Ensure that the production groups' Heaters are aligned across all sales processes within the Framework.
- Secure collaboration with other stakeholders to maintain effective sales tools, such as the Configurator.
We are looking for a proactive, driven, and structured individual with a technical engineering background and at least a couple of years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the marine industry. You should have experience using CRM systems or similar tools in your day-to-day work, and be proficient in English. Travel activity will be around 40 – 50 days per year.
