We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and functions within the industrial climatic solutions market.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a small team of sales professionals and driving the development of international sales within industrial applications.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial and/or engineering background with a proven track record of international industrial project sales. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of the polymer, foundry, or coating industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of sales professionals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in international markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Commercial and/or engineering background with a proven track record of international industrial project sales
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sales profile and a dedicated mindset
  • Experience in process and project management
  • Knowledge of the polymer, foundry, or coating industry is an advantage
