Global Sales Director Position

Make your mark on the growth journey of an international company

As a seasoned sales professional, you will join a market-leading company with a strong international presence and a particular focus on quality and innovation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the company's sales organization consisting of 10 employees in Denmark, USA, and Taiwan.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and strengthening the company's position in the market.
  2. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key customers and partners.
  3. Developing and following up on sales team KPIs and performance.
  4. Responsible for forecasting to predict sales and future revenue streams.
  5. Identifying and executing on new market opportunities and developing the company's go-to-market strategy.
  6. Collaborating with the board and executive management team on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will have solid experience from a similar sales role and with experience from a company in the industry that produces computer components and/or gaming equipment.

You must have hands-on experience selling to OEM customers and be accustomed to selling to a complex and international market.

Additionally, you should have experience motivating and leading a team, combined with analytical and strategic skills to drive results and achieve success.

This role requires up to 100 annual travel days, mainly involving travel to Asia and the US.

As a person, you are independent, hard-working, outgoing, trustworthy, and persistent by nature, which enables you to identify and build good relationships with key customers.

You also thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you lead by example and are able to motivate employees to achieve results – even from a distance.
